Appealing Designz does not offer exchanges or returns. In the event its our fault, we will accommodate accordingly if notified of an error immediately after receiving your products. Appealing Designz is not responsible for lost or damage packages due to negligence on the carriers behalf. Appealing Designz does not offer store credit on any packages/lost/stolen or misplaced by negligence on carriers behalf.
